This is a project I've been meaning to do for a long time now. I actually need more portfolio pieces to show so this will be something I'll be working on for a while now. As I am more into hard surface modeling than organic I will put the Z model on hold for a while now.
I would have worked on it as well if it weren't for another project I'm doing together with a team. But that's just how things go. I usually don't have much free time and when I do I try to work as much on any given project as possible. Turns out it's harder than it seems.
Anyway, this is what I have so far and I'll also post the image I'm trying to recreate.
